Regular and Red Cabbage (chopped) 🥬
Shredded carrot 🥕
1 cup of Edamame
Optional: add choice of dressing
Place the chopped cabbages into a large bowl.
Grate the carrots, or use shredded carrots
Add the cabbage, carrot, and a cup of edamame to the large bowl and gently toss.
Whisk the dressing ingredients together well. Sprinkle with black pepper, choice of dressing, and/or nuts, if desired. ENJOY!!!!
TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS
You can slice the cabbage with a knife, slicer, or food processor.
Carrots can be grated or shredded in a food processor.
You can use both red (purple) and white cabbage, or just one variety.
For meal planning, you can store it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
