Healthy Cabbage Salad

Looking for a quick lunch then try this salad recipe on the go!!!

INGREDIENTS


4 cups red cabbage

1 cup shredded carrot

1 cup edamame


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the chopped cabbages into a large bowl.

  2. Grate the carrots, or use shredded carrots

  3. Add the cabbage, carrot, and a cup of edamame to the large bowl and gently toss.

  4. Whisk the dressing ingredients together well. Sprinkle with black pepper, choice of dressing, and/or nuts, if desired. ENJOY!!!!

Serving Suggestion: You can use both red (purple) and white cabbage, or just one variety.

Variation Tip: For meal planning, you can store it in the fridge for up to 5 days
