Spinach Salad with Strawberries, Feta Cheese & Nuts

2 cups mixed Arugula and Spinach
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup pecan or your choice of nuts
4 oz feta cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
8 strawberries, sliced
In a large bowl or plate, toss in the mixed arugula and spinach, sliced strawberries, pecan, and feta cheese.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and drizzle with vinegar or your choice of dressing.
Top with pecan or your choice of nuts to serve.
