Healthy Tomato Salad

This easy-to-make salad with cucumber and tomato, great for lunch and dinner that can be paired with your favorite dressing.
Total Time: 10 mins
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber (sliced)
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon dried oregano (for sprinkling)
1 tsp parsley or mint
Place all salad ingredients in a big bowl.
Pour over Dressing (optional).
Shake it UP :)
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
