This easy-to-make salad with cucumber and tomato, great for lunch and dinner that can be paired with your favorite dressing.

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved


  • 1 cucumber (sliced)


  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil


  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano (for sprinkling)


  • 1 tsp parsley or mint


INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Place all salad ingredients in a big bowl.

  2. Pour over Dressing (optional).

  3. Shake it UP :)

  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
