This protein-packed breakfast is an easy-to-prepare on-the-go meal, made with just 6 ingredients and topped with fresh strawberries

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup almond milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 sliced, fresh strawberries
Your choice of nuts
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine oats and milk in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let oatmeal simmer until water is absorbed.
Remove oatmeal from heat and serve.
Sprinkle with honey and top with sliced strawberries and your choice of nuts.
Serving Suggestion: Sprinkle some chia seeds on top and serve!
Variation Tip: You can also add fresh strawberry jam for a little extra flavor
