HEALTHY BREAKFAST AND LUNCH WRAPS

Press on time? Looking for a fast and easy breakfast or lunch wrap!? These recipes take about 10 minutes and can be made with fresh vegetables, it is very beneficial with all the nutrients packed inside each one!


 


Egg Breakfast Burrito Wrap


How to make scrambled eggs:


  • 2 brown eggs

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 red pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp salt


Other Ingredients:


  • 1 large sweet plantain, peeled and cut into small cubes

  • 1/2 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup spinach


INSTRUCTIONS

1. On a whole wheat wrap, add the cooked scrambled eggs, sweet plantains, spinach, and pinch of salt with your favorite dressing of choice. Enjoy!


 

Cabbage Avocado Wrap


INGREDIENTS


  • 1 small avocado

  • Cabbage (chopped)

  • Shredded carrot

  • 6 cherry tomatoes (sliced)

  • 1 whole-wheat wrap


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine avocado, spread, chopped cabbage, shredded carrot, and sliced cherry tomatoes on the choice of wrap (I used a whole wheat wrap).

2. Sprinkle it with pepper and your choice is dressing (I used a Caesar avocado oil dressing).



 

Egg Spinach Tomato Wrap


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Whole Wheat Wrap

  • 2 brown eggs

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • Tomatoes (chopped)

  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

Optional: Your choice of dressing (I used the Avocado Oil Dressing)


INSTRUCTIONS

1. On medium heat skillet, add beaten eggs, chopped tomatoes, salt, and black pepper and cook for 4 mins. Add the spinach for 2 minutes to the cooked egg omelette.

2. On the whole wheat wrap, spread with your choice of dressing, and add the egg omelette with spinach. WRAP IT UP and Enjoy!!!



NOTES/TIPS FOR MAKING WRAPS



  1. You can use whole wheat or spinach wraps or gluten-free wrap if you prefer.

  2. For meal planning, wraps can be stored in the compartment of a lunch box or small plastic container and refrigerated days ahead.

  3. Be sure to use a cooler pack for any wraps that have ingredients that should be kept cold.
