Chocolate Chip Pancake with Pistachio
A healthy delicious keto pancake made with almond flour and loaded with chocolate chips. A quick and easy recipe that is great to have with family and friends.
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup chocolate chip
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Non-stick butter cooking oil spray
1/4 cup pistachio
1. Whisk together the milk, oil, and vanilla extract together then add in almond flour, and baking soda; stir until it is smooth. Gently fold in the chocolate chips. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. In a non-stick skillet pan over low-medium heat, grease with nonstick cooking oil spray then adds about 1/4 of the butter mixture (once the mixture starts to bubble, flip to the other side until brown).
3. Repeat with cooking spray and the batter for the equal amount you are looking to make. Top with chopped pistachios and the remaining chocolate chips.
4. Serve warm with butter and maple syrup if desired. Enjoy!!!
