BBQ Cauliflower Lettuce Wraps

Loaded with red cabbage, and carrots topped with avocado oil dressing that is great to serve for lunch, appetizers, and a delicious plant-based dinner selection.

I used the Primal Classic BBQ Sauce, love that it is organic, unsweetened, and with a bold, smoky flavor. In addition, it is keto certified, gluten-free, and can be used to marinate meats, top-up burgers, or as a delicious dip for fries. They have so many great sauces for all kinds of recipe selections.

1 head cauliflower

2 head lettuce

¼ cup Primal Kitchen Classic BBQ Sauce

¼ cup red cabbage shredded

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper




1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

2. Cut the well-washed cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and toss in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. On a baking sheet or foil, bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes, tossing in between.

3. Remove from the oven and toss in barbeque sauce. Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly.

4. Add the buffalo cauliflower to your lettuce wraps along with the shredded cabbage, carrots, and a drizzle of avocado oil dressing.


As an alternative, you can add chickpeas or your choice of meat to this recipe if desired.
