Banana Split Waffles
These low-carb waffles are DELICIOUS! Perfect for brunch and/or quick to make breakfast on the go. Try this gluten-free keto-friendly recipe which takes less than 8 minutes to prepare.

INGREDIENTS
2 frozen waffles (I brought the Birch Benders Keto Waffles)
1 scoop of cream cheese or whipped cream
1 ripe banana, sliced
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
Optional: drizzle of caramel syrup and a sprinkle of your choice of nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat waffle in the toaster or via oven
Place heated waffles on the plate and top with banana slices, caramel syrup, and nuts. You can also substitute the banana for strawberries or blueberries if desired. Enjoy!
