15 Reps - Level UP

The area of the body it supports:

  • Grand Pectoral

  • Petit Pectoral

  • Dentele Anterior

  • Grand droit

  • Oblique

  • Triceps

  • Fessiers

Equipment needed: No

Benefits:

  • Full Body Activation

  • Stretches highly used muscles

  • Improve posture

  • Time-efficient/Low-cost

  • Supports Cardiovascular health

This is a great exercise to superset with another higher intensity exercise. Also, when doing this workout make sure to do it slowly because when workouts are done faster you are not getting proper muscle activation. Doing this exercise is going to be able to improve your bench press progress as well as activating the core as well.
